The north wind keeps blowing over Ishigaki island. It really picked up speed this afternoon(・Д・) The ocean around Kabira is too rough so we’re departing from Sakieda beach and diving at calm Osaki♪ Diving here is good ☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆
In Osaki, the green sea turtles surley likes this part of the reef ・:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+
This one was quite hungry! It was way too busy munching to notice any divers っΣ(‘◉⌓◉’)
The discover scuba diving team saw so much around the shallow parts of the reef ☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆ Today’s discover diver did her first dives ever and it went very well (≧∇≦)
A school of batfish☆ It was right under the boat σ(^_^;)
An imposing stone fish. It moved clumsily with it’s little fins ♪
A clown anemonefish in a bright white anemone♪ So pretty but I hope the anemone will recover from the bleaching soon ( ̄◇ ̄;)
The corals in Nagura are also birght white Σ(゚д゚lll)Even this big old coral has bleached, I hope that it will recover over the colder months!
Looks like the wind will change to the east soon, we’ll see if the swell goes down!
